"I cannot say enough amazing things about Kathy Vince! She has been my personal trainer for a number of years. Recently she trained with me through my entire pregnancy. She was amazing! I always felt like I got a solid workout, and didn't worry about doing anything unsafe as Kathy is experienced and knew what my body could handle. She made sure that I was comfortable and nothing hurt. And yet I still felt like I got in a great workout. She was especially helpful at the end of my pregnancy with some troubles with my tailbone and high blood pressure. We constantly altered our workouts to stretch the areas that were bothering me that day. And she made sure everything we did was low stress so we wouldn't raise my blood pressure. We worked hard with my pelvic floor muscles so I would be in the best shape possible to deliver. I honestly think my delivery went so much smoother because of what I learned from Kathy. I did not have an epidural and was able to use breathing and pain management skills Kathy had taught me during our sessions over the years to get through those tough contractions. I am now 8 months postpartum and nearly have my old body back thanks to Kathy! She was able to ease me into working out slowly after I had the baby and we have steadily increased our pace. I definitely would not have been able to make it through the pregnancy or postpartum time without Kathy there by my side! I always feel safe and comfortable while training with Kathy. She is always asking how the last workout felt and if we need to alter anything due to aches and pains I might be feeling for that day. Every workout is different and she always knows how to challenge me so I never leave a training session without feeling like I worked that day! I love Kathy and am so thankful that she's my trainer!!!”

"I’ve been training with Kathy Vince for about three years, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results! Previously, I worked out on my own and I wasn’t making the progress I hoped for nor was I having fun. Kathy helped me develop realistic fitness goals and created a tailored workout plan with cardio, core, and strength components to achieve my objectives. Moreover, Kathy put the fun back into fitness for me! She’s a fantastic coach who challenges and encourages me in every workout to be my best fitness self. The workouts are always engaging. I like that there are frequently new exercises to master (...and I’m grateful for her infinite patience as I learn them). I leave every session feeling that we accomplished the goals for the day and that the results were well worth the effort. When injuries or medical setbacks occurred for me, Kathy redesigned the workout plan to accommodate the injury so that I could continue to exercise to stay fit.

Kathy Vince has been my Pilates reformer instructor for years. When COVID shut down the in-person classes, I was delighted to follow her to private instruction on Zoom. She knows how to teach me no matter what condition I am in: limping with plantar fasciitis, complaining about chronic shoulder pain, or fumbling with new physical therapy instructions. Best of all, working with Kathy is fun and rewarding. I keep getting stronger and keep enjoying new challenges.
