Classes

Barre

Ballet moves done at the barre or counter top or back of your couch! An intense lower body workout with core! Everyone benefits!


Bellydance

Basic and not so basic bellydance moves to a choreographed routine! Beginners welcome!

Mini Core

15 minutes of sweet core work-front and back and side to side. Everyone needs this class. Followed by 15 minutes of stretching to make our bodies feel better and function better!

Lift for Life

30 minutes of lifting weights and work our balance at the same time. Let's get healthier!


Pilates Matt

30 minutes of traditional Pilates moves done on the matt to strengthen and lengthen your muscles.Let's get healthier!

Therapeutic Stretch

12 minutes of gently stretching to make the body feel better and work better followed by 18 minutes of a progressive total body meditation! Everyone can benefit from this class!

Personal Training

 The focus is on you! We will work on the things that you need to work on so that you can reach your goals for health and fitness.  Balance and core included be cause they are so important.

High Low aerobics

 Moving our bodies in a fun way in all directions to get a cardio benefit with the fun of dance! Working on our memory (don't worry I will cue well)

Pole Fitness

 Learning basic pole fitness moves. Moving around the pole, sits, climbs, spins, basic floor work.Fun workout.
